To All Members and Associates:

As we look back on 2010, we congratulate and thank our Board and the many volunteers who have stepped forward to bring about some wonderful changes at the club. As well as the great entertainment and activities which have been organized.

Many of you have already renewed your membership/association for 2011. For those who don't already know, there have been some major changes to our dues structure and active year time period. Please review this document to familiarize yourself with the current structure. You are reminded that dues/fees of $100 for the calendar year 2011 will be transitional until October 31st, 2011. You may pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card via the Bar Steward who will issue you with a receipt and 2011 card.

Your financial support, through annual dues/fees, and participation in the club's activities, provides the major contribution to the ongoing maintenance and operating costs, including taxes, insurance, mortgage etc. and is essential.

If you have been an Associate Member for two years, you are encouraged to apply for Active Membership status by completing the application form available at the Bar. As a member, you may vote at meetings and hold office.

You are also encouraged to introduce others to the Club and interest them in joining. Brochures that outline the history of the RCHA club and its activities, are available on the bar and can be provided to potential members.

Please complete and return the form below with your payment. We would like to update our contact information, and would especially like to have your email address, if you have one, so that we can communicate with you more frequently.

Although Honorary & Life Members are not required to pay dues, we would appreciate if if you complete & submit the form also.
